Academic Records: |
| General Policy: |
| Former and currently enrolled students who have paid their University charges are entitled to receive, upon written request, transcripts of their academic records. Upon graduation or withdrawal from the University, students with outstanding dues are not issued transcripts. Each transcript includes a student’s entire academic record to date and current academic status. A fee may be charged for the issue of a transcript. |
| Release of Grades: |
| Reports of grades are routinely sent to the students and their parents at the end of each semester. Students may obtain additional copies of grades by written request to the University. |
| Withholding Records: |
|
The University may withhold records of students who have outstanding dues or against whom official disciplinary actions have been taken. |
| Transcripts: |
| A transcript is a certified, official copy of a student’s academic record. It is not furnished or released to anyone but the student or parents of student without a specific request signed by the student. A transcript request must be made in person or in writing to the Administrative Office. The required fee for each transcript must be paid in advance. |
