The programme was chaired by Prof. Dr. Syed Sarfaraf Hamid, Dean, Faculty of Law and Chairman Department of Law and Justice. Md. Ziaur Rahman, District and Sessions Judge, Cyber Tribunal, Rajshahi was the keynote speaker of the program.
