On 10^th January 2021, the Outcome Based Curriculum for LL.B (Hons.) & LL.M (1 Year) programs, prepared as per UGC guidelines, has been handed over by the SA Committee of Department of Law and Justice. These new curriculums have formed to uphold the specific aims and objectives of Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP). For preparing these new curriculum, the Department of Law and Justice has taken into consideration all the related guidelines as well as main features of UGC and HEQEP. The curriculums have specially designed focusing on the present context of legal arena, students’ demand and expectation and job market. At that moment of curriculum submission, Professor Dr. Muhammed Fayyaz Khan, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, BUBT, Professor Md. Abu Saleh, Hon’ble Advisor & Member, BUBT Trust, Dr. Md. Harun-or-Rashid, Registrar, Professor Dr. Syed Sarfaraj Hamid, Dean, Faculty of Law and members of SAC were present.
