IQAC-BUBT recently hosted a crucial meeting to review and discuss the progress of its ongoing efforts to meet the Bangladesh Accreditation Council (BAC) criteria for accreditation. The meeting, held on November 11, 2024, was part of BUBT’s comprehensive plan to align with BAC standards and ensure institutional excellence in higher education.

Convened by IQAC-BUBT, the meeting was held at Meeting Room 220 in the Shahid Sujon Mahmud Building. Mr. Zaved Mannan, Additional Director, IQAC-BUBT conducted the entire program. It provided an important platform for stakeholders to assess the completion of tasks, address any challenges, and ensure that the university remains on track to meet all BAC accreditation requirements.

“The completion of BAC accreditation tasks is vital for BUBT’s continued growth and recognition,” said the Director of IQAC. “This meeting is an important step in ensuring that we are meeting all required criteria, and I am confident that with continued collaboration, we will successfully meet BAC’s accreditation standards.”

Attendees of the meeting included the Vice-Chancellor, Advisor, Treasurer, Registrar, and Deans of all Faculties, along with the Director of IQAC-BUBT, Additional Director of IQAC-BUBT, Chairman of all departments, Heads of PSACs, and Members of PSACs. 

This meeting reflects BUBT’s ongoing commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement, with a goal to ensure that the institution upholds the highest standards of academic excellence and operational effectiveness.

BUBT remains dedicated to meeting the BAC accreditation requirements and is optimistic about the successful completion of the process, which will further enhance its reputation as a leading institution in higher education in Bangladesh.
