Ms. Mafruha Hossain is an Assistant Professor of Management at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). She has completed BBA and MBA in HRM with remarkable results. Her academic and professional career is distinguished by a strong dedication to both teaching and research. She has published twelve (12) research articles in different renowned national and international journals; her research papers have been published and accepted as book chapters by Emerald and Springer, Nature. She has presented research papers at six international conferences held in Bangladesh and abroad. Her research interests are Green HRM, HRIS, HR planning, etc. At present she is pursuing PhD.
