Zannatul Ferdus is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management. She is an emerging academic and researcher with extensive experience in higher education, teaching, and scholarly work. She completed her BBA and MBA from the University of Dhaka and is a PhD scholar at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Zannatul Ferdus has published around 14 research articles in reputed national and international Scopus-indexed journals, and has presented at two conferences. Her research interests include Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Innovation, Career Management and Sustainable Business Practices. In addition to her research contributions, she has been actively involved in teaching, curriculum development, and supervising undergraduate students in academic and internship programs. She is committed to promoting quality education, research excellence, and practical learning approaches in business education.
