Nargis Begum, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), where she has been teaching since February 02,2013. Prior to her faculty position at BUBT, in 2011-she worked as a lecturer in the Business administration department at World University of Bangladesh. She is a senior academic and researcher with over 14 years of combined experience in higher education and research. Nargis Begum has completed her BBA in Management and MBA in HRM from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has successfully supervised a large number of undergraduate and postgraduate internship students. A strong proponent of quality assurance and Outcomes-Based Education (OBE), Nargis Begum has played key roles in curriculum development for the HRM and Management courses. She has been repeatedly recognized for excellence in student mentorship and professional service.
