Chairman's Message

The Department of Finance at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) has been progressing tremendously towards its target of offering best education in Finance. Within the Department of Finance, the students have access to have an innovative curriculum with an opportunity to earn BBA and MBA degree. Our recent graduates have started successful careers in a wide range of areas, including private industry, government and international organizations. The Department of Finance consists of a group of outstanding faculty members with a diverse set of expertise. Our faculty members are firmly dedicated to offering all students an excellent education while pursuing competitive research agenda that are respected by national and international standards. In the past few years, the Department has been fortunate to add a number of new promising assistant professors. Our faculty members hold ambitious research agenda, publishing in leading finance journals and regularly attending national and international finance conferences.
