The Department of Law and Justice, Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), is proud to announce that its mooting team participated in the 9th Bangladesh Qualifying Round of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2025, held from February 6-8, 2024.
The team—Abdullah Al Fahim (1st Oralist), Tabassum Binte Banin Doasha (2nd Oralist), and Sabab Hossen Shamim (Researcher)—secured 8th place among 44 teams and qualified for the Quarter Finals for the first time in BUBT’s history. Sheikh Tausif accompanied the team as an observer.
This achievement highlights BUBT’s growing presence in international mooting, reflecting the dedication and excellence of its students.
