Fee Payment Procedure:
- Tuition and Semester fees must be paid on a semester basis.
- Caution/Security money is refundable and must be paid with the 1st semester fees:
- 3,000/- for undergraduate programs
- 2,000/- for graduate programs
- Other Activity Fee of Tk. 3,000/- (non-refundable) must also be paid with the 1st semester fees.
- Other Semesters' costs will depend on the number of credits offered.
- The admission fee is non-refundable.
- All payments should be made to the designated bank by pay order or cash, using the prescribed money receipt collected from the Accounts Section of BUBT.
- Fees are payable as per the following schedule:
- New Students: The total fees for the 1st semester must be paid at the time of admission, either in full or through installments.
- Existing students:
- At least Tk. 5,000/- must be paid at the time of Registration.
- 50% of the total semester fees must be paid at the time of the Mid-Term examination.
- The remaining amount is payable as per the payment schedule, before the Final examination.
- A specific amount of fine will be charged for failure to pay fees within the scheduled date. Students will not be allowed to sit for the Semester Final Examination unless all dues are cleared before the examination begins.
