The Department of English, BUBT, established a Seminar Library in Room No. 401, Building-1, on December 23, 2022. The Vice Chancellor of BUBT, Professor Dr. Muhammed Fayyaz Khan, formally inaugurated the library. In his speech, he appreciated the Department of English for establishing the first seminar library at BUBT and expressed his hope that every department of the university would take the initiative to establish their own seminar libraries. Professor Syed Anwarul Huq, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, thanked the Teacher-in-Charge of the Seminar Library, Md. Reza Hassan Khan, Assistant Professor, and the Coordinator, Sheikh Md. Ashraful Alam Rony, Lecturer, Department of English, for their efforts. The faculty members of the department were present at the event. The library offers books of literature and linguistics. The users of the library are the students and faculty members of BUBT.
