Every year, as the month of Ramadan approaches, the ritual of the “Iftar mahfil” takes on a special significance for the Department of Economics of BUBT.

Department of Economics uses this occasion to mobilize their teachers and students. To foster mutual understanding among them.

“Iftar and du’a mahfil” was organized by BUBT Economics club 6^th April, 2023 at the university cafeteria.

Sirajul Islam, Assistant Professor and Chairman, Department of Economics, Dr. Mahmudul Hassan, Associate Professor, Department of Economics, BUBT and Moderator, BUBT Economics club, Mahmuda Jahan papia, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, BUBT and Assistant Proctor, BUBT along with all Faculty were present this occasion.

Also students from different intake including former students were participated in the Iftar mahfil.

Du’a of Iftar mahfil was conducted by Sirajul Islam, Assistant Professor and Chairman, Department of Economics.
