The Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) successfully held another inspiring session of the Vice-Chancellor’s Lecture Series on October 22, 2025, at the BUBT International Conference Hall. The session, titled “Make Your Career Visible,” featured an engaging keynote speech by Dr. Ahmed Mustafa, Professor, Department of Biological Sciences, and Director of the Life Sciences Resource Center at Purdue University Fort Wayne, USA.

Prof. Dr. A B M Shawkat Ali, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of BUBT, graced the event as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Muhammad Aminur Rahaman, Dean (Acting) of the BUBT Research Graduate School, presided over the session as the Session Chair.

Dr. Mustafa delivered a thought-provoking lecture highlighting the importance of visibility in academic and professional careers. He emphasized how effective networking, impactful research communication, and global collaboration can enhance professional growth and recognition in academia and beyond. His talk inspired faculty members and students to strategically plan and present their career journeys in ways that align with international standards of excellence.

In his remarks, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. A B M Shawkat Ali praised the initiative, noting that such sessions contribute significantly to the professional and intellectual development of BUBT’s academic community.
