About the Office

The Office of the Director of Public Relations at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) is one of the most vital administrative wings of the university. Acting as the central hub for communication, it ensures seamless interaction between BUBT and the media, thereby strengthening the university’s visibility and reputation at both the national and international levels. At present, the office is being operated under the skilled leadership of the Deputy Director of Public Relations. This office plays a pivotal role in promoting the university’s achievements, academic excellence, research activities, and significant events through effective media coverage. It is entrusted with responsibilities such as preparing and publishing newsletters, developing feature stories, producing promotional visuals, conducting photography, graphic design, and maintaining archives that preserve the rich history and milestones of BUBT.

In addition, the Public Relations Office manages the university’s official social media platforms, ensuring a dynamic online presence that highlights BUBT’s contributions to education, innovation, and social engagement. By fostering a strong brand identity and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders, this office contributes to the overall growth, recognition, and global outreach of the university.

Office Overview

The Office of the Director of Public Relations at BUBT ensures effective communication between the university and the media, enhancing its national and international reputation. Under the leadership of the Deputy Director, the office promotes the university’s achievements, academic excellence, research activities, and major events. Specifically, the PR office manages and publicizes Orientation, Convocation, Graduation Ceremony, ICPC, Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Symposiums, Career/Job Fairs, Alumni Meets, Fresher’s Reception, Farewell Ceremonies, Cultural Festivals, Sports Tournaments, Debate Competitions, Research Fairs, Club Fairs, and International Day Celebrations, strengthening the university’s brand identity and outreach. The office also maintains a strong presence through newsletters, feature stories, promotional visuals, photography, graphic design, and social media platforms.
